Do
you have a print catalog?
No. We are strictly a web-based operation.
Do
you ship products outside the United States?
Not at this time but maybe in the near future we will consider expanding to
other countries depending on the interest from those areas.
Will I receive an email confirming my order?
Yes. We will review your online order. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive
an email from us. We process orders Monday-Friday, so you will likely get
your email confirmation more quickly on orders placed during those days. The
email will list all items purchased. Please look it over carefully.
May I place my order by phone rather than online?
NO, not at this time. We do not have the resources at this time to take
orders by phone. As we grow we will add this feature to our ordering
processes. You may order by using the following methods. Online (Website),
Email, Fax. If you would like for us to call you to take your order we would
be happy to do so. Just send us an email with your phone number and the time
you wish us to call you and we will contact you as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
For all product returns, Simply email us to get an RA # (Return Authorization) to return your item. Let us know why you are returning an item so we can speed your refund, or exchange. All returns received within 15 days receive full credit excluding shipping and handling. All shipping cost for returned goods are the responsibility of the purchaser. All merchandise returned must be in saleable condition including original packaging. All apparel must not be worn or laundered. All diecast collectibles are non-refundable and may only be exchanged unless found to be of manufacturing defect and we cannot find another replacement.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We
currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards through Paypal. If you would like a
Paypal account you can get one at
